Therapy & Counselling

Therapy & Counselling

Approach: An Adlerian, relationally grounded approach to counselling; looking at the patterns shaping your life and choices, not just the difficulty in front of you right now.

Experience: Many years working with individuals on anxiety, life transitions, relationship patterns, loss, and the quieter struggles that don't always have a name.

How this works: Weekly 50-minute sessions, online or in person. Most people begin with an initial conversation to see if it feels like a good fit.

Fees: £75 per session

Mindfulness

Approach: Mindfulness rooted in genuine practice rather than technique, drawing on both Bangor University's Mindfulness Based lineage and Search Inside Yourself's more applied, workplace-aware approach. There's also a non-dual thread running through how I teach, for those drawn to go deeper.

Experience: I've taught mindfulness across both personal and professional contexts globally, integrating it with other traditions including Adlerian psychology.

How this works: 1:1 sessions or short courses, in person or online. We'll agree a format and pace that suits where you're starting from.

Fees: £50 per session / price per course depends on duration

Retreats

Retreats

Approach: Retreats are a chance to step properly outside your ordinary pace of life, space for reflection, stillness, and connection, not just relaxation.

Experience: My flagship wellbeing retreat have been taking place in Greece since 2016. The retreats focus on enhancing wellbeing and life, drawing on contemplative traditions and themes such as love, presence, and non-dual awareness.

How this works: Currently fully booked for 2026, with 2027 dates now open. Residential, set in the Peloponnese, with a small group and structured daily rhythm.

Fees: Indicative €800 (varies by retreat and duration) - see RETREATS page for current dates and pricing

Supervision

Approach: Supervision as a genuine thinking space, supportive but not uncritical, with room to bring the cases and moments that unsettle you as well as the ones that went well.

Experience: Years of supervising practitioners individually and in groups, alongside my own clinical practice.

How this works: Clinical or group supervision, on a regular cycle (typically monthly), online or in person.

Fees: £75 per hour (individual) / £50 per hour (group, per person)
